Monrovia Chamber of Commerce
Mission Statement
The mission of the Rosemead Chamber of Commerce is to represent member’s businesses by providing programs and opportunities that supports their prosperity.
History
The Rosemead Chamber of Commerce was formed officially in 1927, although its presence was established back in 1924 as the Rosemead Improvement Association. We operate on a fiscal year basis from July 1 through June 30. The Chamber of Commerce is presided over by a Board of Directors, recommended by the nominating committee from members of the Chamber, serving a voluntary three-year term.
Having grown up in nearby Temple City, Samuel B. Ledwitz, the President and Managing Partner of Bezaire, Ledwitz and Associates, has spent much time traversing the boulevards and streets of Rosemead.
Temple City is where Samuel and his family moved when he was in the second grade. But his home is less than five minutes away from Rosemead, which sports the slogan, “Where City Pride Is Justified.” Samuel and his family would shop at the shopping center at the corner of the San Bernardino Freeway and Rosemead Boulevard and would even eat lunch or dinner.
He and his family would also spend time at the shops and restaurants that line both Valley Boulevard and Garvey Avenue, trying all kinds of different cuisine, including American, Vietnamese, Chinese and Mexican.
But maybe best of all waiting in the perpetually long drive-thru line at In-N-Out Burger at the corner of Rosemead and Mission Drive with the goal of eating a Double Double, French fries and a chocolate shake.
During high school Samuel participated in track and field events at Rosemead High as a member of the Temple City Varsity Track team.
And in recent years, Samuel has attended several Rosemead Chamber of Commerce events, including a recent business mixer.

Digital Assets and Estate Planning
When estate planning for digital assets, it’s important to consider the following: Identify what digital assets you have: This includes social media accounts, email accounts, online banking and investment accounts, and any other digital assets that may have financial or sentimental value.

Can a Single Person create a Revocable Living Trust?
