And bustling up right against the Verdugo Hills, and is a beautiful community of families and businesses that actually the fourth largest city in the county – behind Los Angeles, Long Beach and Santa Clarita.
Glendale has everything, from multi-million dollar homes to bustling business districts and car dealership areas to restaurants from dozens of ethnicities and tastes. In fact, two of the favorite places for Samuel B. Ledwitz, president and managing partner of Bezaire, Ledwitz and Associates, to shop over the years have been the Glendale Galleria, located on Broadway, and The Americana at Brand.
Some of the best Armenian and Middle Eastern restaurants are also located in Glendale. A couple of Samuel’s favorites are Elena’s Greek Armenian Restaurant, Carousel Restaurant Glendale and Raffi’s Place.
And many, many movies over the years have been filmed in Glendale, with some of Samuel’s favorites being the holiday classic “Christmas Vacation” (1989), “Pulp Fiction” (1994), “Erin Brockovich” (1999) and “Superbad” (2007).
