Samuel B. Ledwitz, J.D., LL.M.
Samuel Ledwitz is an Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar. Samuel attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he earned his law degree (J.D.) with an emphasis in the areas of estate and income tax. While at Pepperdine, Sam worked as a judicial extern with the Superior Court of Los Angeles, working closely with Hon. Judges Lawrence Mira and Greg O’Brien in the areas of trial practice and probate. It was during this experience that Samuel was first inspired to help families through the difficult period that follows the passing of a loved one. After completion of his J.D., Samuel attended The University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Master of Laws degree (L.L.M.) in Estate Planning.
Caroline Borncamp, J.D.
Caroline Borncamp is an Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar. Caroline received her law degree (J.D.) from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she received extensive training in mediation, arbitration and negotiation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and was awarded a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. While earning her J.D. at Pepperdine, Caroline clerked for Hon. Judges Lawrence Mira, James Albrecht, and Commissioner Terry Adamson of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Prior to attending law school, Caroline graduated cum laude from American University’s School of Public Affairs with a bachelor's degree in Law and Society, a minor in French and a certificate in French translation. During her studies at American, Caroline attended the world-renowned University of Paris, La Sorbonne for a semester. Caroline also worked as an intern in the legal department of a major global company’s Paris and Philadelphia offices. Caroline is fluent in Hungarian and French. In 2002, Caroline joined one of the largest Estate Planning firms in Southern California, where she worked with Mr. Ledwitz as an estate planner. Caroline guided hundreds of clients through the Estate Planning process and was frequently commended for excellent client satisfaction.
Gayle Carson, J.D.
Gayle Carson received her B.A. from Ohio State University in International Studies.
She has family in Slovenia and can speak Slovenian and understand some Croatian.
After graduating from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, she owned her own Estate Planning and probate administration law firm in Cleveland, Ohio for more than 25 years. After selling her Ohio practice, she moved to Naples, Florida, and became licensed as an attorney in Florida in 2005. Gayle continues to handle Estate Planning and asset transfers for numerous clients who either live in Florida or who own property there.
She is looking forward to using her decades of experience helping the firm's clients with the intricacies of California law, while providing a caring and sympathetic ear.
Gary Talavea, J.D., LL.M. (Taxation) (of counsel)
Gary Talavera received his B.S. Degree in Accounting Theory and Practice from California State University Northridge. He received his Law Degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law. Gary then received his Masters in Legal Letters (LL. M) in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law. His focus is on Estate and Gift Tax Planning and Trust Administration.

Michael McGuire received his Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University and his Law Degree from The University of West Los Angeles School of Law. He has served at the state and national level for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Michael is a U.S. Army veteran and he is accredited by the Veterans Administration.
