Samuel B. Ledwitz is an Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar. Sam attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he earned his law degree (J.D.) with an emphasis in the areas of estate and income tax.
After completion of his J.D., Sam attended The University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Estate Planning.
Kaitlin P. Kellogg, J.D.
Kaitlin P. Kellogg is an associate attorney at Bezaire, Ledwitz & Associates. Kaitlin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California and her Juris Doctorate cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law.
Kaitlin is adept at working through unique cases with candor and creativity. Her practice focuses on estate planning and trust and estate administration.
Gayle J. Carson, J.D.

Gayle Carson received her B.A. from Ohio State University in International Studies after which she earned her J.D. from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She owned her own estate planning and probate administration law firm in Cleveland, Ohio for more than 25 years. After selling her Ohio practice, she moved to Naples, Florida, and became licensed as an attorney in Florida in 2005.
