TORRANCE, Calif. (3/10/2014) – Samuel B. Ledwitz, one of the leading estate planning attorneys in Southern California, has been featured in the current issue of “Businessweek,” one of the top financial periodicals in the United States.

Ledwitz is 42 and a resident of Redondo Beach, Calif., where he lives with his wife and two children. He is featured in “Businessweek” due to the admirable work he has accomplished in the field of estate planning, whether it be litigating, writing trusts or counseling clients in their time of need.

“I am honored and thrilled to be in this upcoming issue of ‘Businessweek,’” Ledwitz said. “It is quite the accomplishment and it couldn’t have done it without my family or staff. I look forward to more accolades with everybody as the years roll by.”

Ledwitz has been president of Bezaire, Ledwitz & Associates in Torrance, Calif. since its founding in 2007, leading a vibrant staff of dedicated and professional attorneys, paralegals and administrative staff.

He added being in the field of estate planning is more fun than most imagine.

“Working in estate planning is much more interesting and complicated than many people think,” Ledwitz said. “It’s compelling because several different fields of law intersect in this practice area. There are traditional disciplines, such as real estate, tax and litigation, as well as more modern fields, like data security and privacy. A good practitioner in this area needs to be well versed in all of these fields of law.”

When he is not practicing law, Ledwitz enjoys photography, watching football and spending time with his wife and two children.
