Our firm is supported by a licensed marriage and family therapist to consult on grief and family relationships and a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, as well as highly qualified paralegals and administrative staff.

Kamila Ledwitz

Marriage and Family Therapist

Kamila Ledwitz is a licensed private practice Marriage and Family Therapist based in the South Bay, who educates our legal staff on grief and loss issues, as well as family relationships and dynamics. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master's Degree in Counseling from San Francisco State University.

Martin Ledwitz

Lt. Col. US Air Force (Retired)

Martin Ledwitz was a career officer in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserve, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He gained his B.S. in Engineering Physics from New York University and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering at Washington State University. Martin holds diplomas in Management and International Relations from Air University.

Devona Chiles

Senior Paralegal

Devona Chiles earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University. She is currently the Senior Paralegal for the firm, with a focus on Estate Administration. She is passionate about helping others and is active with non-profit organizations in the community.

Sara Forkenbrock

Paralegal

Sara Forkenbrock brings over a decade of experience as an estate planning, litigation, estate administration, and  probate paralegal. She is currently putting her experience to work supporting our estate administration, probate and estate litigation clients.

Cristen Flores

Executive Assistant

Cristen Flores is the Executive Assistant to Samuel B. Ledwitz. She graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.
