Caroline Borncamp

Caroline Borncamp is an Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar. Caroline received her law degree (J.D.) from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she received extensive training in mediation, arbitration and negotiation at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and was awarded a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. While earning her J.D. at Pepperdine, Caroline clerked for Hon. Judges Lawrence Mira, James Albrecht, and Commissioner Terry Adamson of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Prior to attending law school, Caroline graduated cum laude from American University’s School of Public Affairs with a bachelor's degree in Law and Society, a minor in French and a certificate in French translation. During her studies at American, Caroline attended the world-renowned University of Paris, La Sorbonne for a semester. Caroline also worked as an intern in the legal department of a major global company’s Paris and Philadelphia offices. Caroline is fluent in Hungarian and French. In 2002, Caroline joined one of the largest estate planning firms in Southern California, where she worked with Mr. Ledwitz as an estate planner. Caroline guided hundreds of clients through the estate planning process and was frequently commended for excellent client satisfaction.

She went on to practice litigation at a firm in Downtown Los Angeles, representing Fortune 500 companies in litigation before rejoining Mr. Ledwitz at Bezaire, Ledwitz and Associates. Caroline is committed to client satisfaction, using her experience and knowledge to provide customized estate tax and distribution strategies for each client.
